Lumber split on swing beam support leg during installation. Contacted customer service via email twice, with no response. Asked multiple times for a phone number to customer service, never received one. As a result swingset remains unfinished, still waiting to receive replacement for the defective lumber. Completely dissatisfied with customer service.
