Product Overview
The Grizzly G0489 Metal Belt Grinder/Sander is designed for metalworking applications that require versatility and performance. It uses 79" sanding belts with a high belt speed and features a sanding head that tilts from 0° to 30° for different grinding and sanding tasks. The machine includes a graphite-backed platen for flat sanding, an 8" rubber contact wheel, and a built-in spark trap. A 4" dust port allows connection to an approved dust collection system. Belt changes and tracking adjustments are simplified with a spring-loaded quick-release belt and single knob tracking adjustment.
