Product Overview
The Grizzly G0767 abrasive tube notcher is built for quickly notching or coping the ends of metal tubing so pieces fit together for clean, strong welded joints. Designed for fabrication work, it is well suited for making fencing, gates, roll cages, bicycle frames, stainless steel piping, and other tube-based assemblies.
This machine uses a 4" x 78-3/4" abrasive belt and a powerful 3 HP motor to handle production-oriented metalworking. The quick-release vise adjusts from 30° to 90°, and the included profile rollers let you form notches in tubing from 3/4" to 3" in diameter. An exposed flat belt section also allows fast deburring after notching.
It is a strong choice for metal fabricators, welders, and shop users who need repeatable tube fitting with efficient setup changes. Features like quick-release belt changes, lateral vise adjustment for even belt wear, flat sanding capability, and integrated dust and debris control make it a practical machine for busy fabrication environments.
