The Grizzly G0774 Automatic Edgebander is an industrial edge banding machine built to apply and finish edging on cabinet parts, panels, and other production workpieces with speed and consistency. It gives operators individual control over key stages of the process, making it a strong fit for shops that want cleaner results and more efficient workflow.
Designed for growing cabinet and production shops, this machine handles a wide range of edging materials including ABS, PVC, laminates, wood tape, and wood strips from 0.5mm to 3.0mm thick. It works with panel thicknesses from 1/2 inch to 1-3/4 inch, offering the flexibility needed for varied commercial jobs.
Automatic belt feed, industrial rollers, a heated infeed fence, and a Teflon-coated glue pot help support smooth material handling and glue application. Upper and lower trimming units with digital readout, a double-bladed end-trimming saw, buffing wheels, and a pneumatic banding guillotine complete the process for a more polished finished edge.
