Product Overview
The Grizzly G0776 is a 13" x 40" metal lathe built for precision turning, threading, and chambering work. Designed with gunsmithing applications in mind, it features a spider mount system and a large 1.57" spindle bore to better support long workpieces such as barrels and shafts that extend through the spindle.
A 2 HP motor and 8-speed gearhead provide a spindle speed range of 70 to 2000 RPM, giving it the versatility for both slower heavy cuts and finer finishing work. The 2-axis digital readout helps improve accuracy, while the quick-change tool post and gearbox make setup changes faster and more efficient.
