Product Overview
The Grizzly G0921 End Mill Sharpener is a compact, portable machine designed to restore worn end mills in your own shop. It sharpens 2-flute, 3-flute, 4-flute, and 6-flute cutters, helping you extend tool life and reduce the cost of replacing usable tooling.
Built for straightforward operation, this sharpener is well suited for machinists, fabrication shops, and serious hobbyists who want consistent results without a complicated setup. It uses separate 230-grit grinding wheels for carbide and HSS bits and allows adjustable face angles from 0° to 3°.
The unit accepts end mills from 5/32 inch to 9/16 inch diameter and includes ER-20 collets in common sizes from 3/16 inch to 9/16 inch. A built-in storage compartment with collet rack keeps the included accessories organized while the small footprint fits easily on a bench or workstation.
