The Grizzly G0968 is a 16-inch double-sided planer built for high-production woodworking environments. It planes the top and bottom of rough lumber in a single pass, helping commercial shops reduce processing time while improving dimensional consistency across runs.
Dual spiral cutterheads with 60 indexable inserts each are powered by separate 15 HP and 10 HP motors for strong, efficient stock removal. Digital thickness positioning and variable feed speeds from 20 to 69 FPM make it easier to dial in accurate results, while the quick-change lower slide-out cutterhead helps keep workflow moving.
A precision-ground, chrome-plated table, steel bed rollers, and built-in oiling features support smooth feeding during demanding daily use.
