Product Overview
The Grizzly G9953ZX is a heavy-duty 16" x 99" jointer built for shops that need wide cutting capacity, stable performance, and an exceptionally smooth finish. Its massive cast-iron construction helps reduce vibration, while the long precision-ground tables provide excellent support for flattening and straightening larger stock.
A 6-row spiral cutterhead with 120 indexable carbide inserts keeps a cutting edge in contact with the workpiece for quieter operation and cleaner results than traditional straight-knife designs. With a 5 HP single-phase motor, up to 5/16" depth of cut, and bevel jointing from 0° to 45°, it is well suited for demanding face-jointing and edge-jointing tasks.
Parallelogram table adjustment, a center-mounted fence with preset stops, and rack-and-pinion lateral fence movement make setup precise and efficient. This machine is ideal for professional woodworkers, cabinet shops, and serious production environments working with long, wide boards.
