did not work properly. sent it to halo board for repair. They had it for 5days and I have not heard from them. A real disappointment.

Hey i love my 2cd hand board from Factory Pure at first i could tell that it was probable older than they thought it to be because of noticeable wheel wear this is the 3rd Halo board that i have purchased. Because the wheels were worn and the box was crushed uppon delivery I was going to return it but I rode it once and it delivered 10 fold and became my long lost friend. My only suggestion though was could Halo Board put 8 Halo boards worth of technology basically under a snowmobile seat with a simple t steering bar. I want to call it The Moog and im ordering 1 right now i guess.

Rode about 10 miles on the board before one of the motors broke. Sucked because I was 6 miles from home. Not worth the 700! Get a new one for the extra money

I just purchased 2 of these for my twin teenage boys for their birthday and they love them already! The boards came within days or ordering them, they are like brand new boards, you would never know they were not straight from the factory. We did a lot of research and this is by far the best deal out there for this quality board. I would highly recommend Factory Pure and I will be purchasing from them again! Factory pure did a great job of handling my order. I called to get the specs on the electric skateboard I was considering purchasing and they were more than helpful explaining everything from the specs to the warranty. When I finalized my order it was received in less than a week. Im super happy with my new Halo board and would recommend factory pure to anyone considering buying from them.
