Beware The #Warranty is based on their option ( see ads) in my case they sent out a service person who told me the chair would be fine as is and could not be fixed overtime. It fell apart. And now the company claims they have no record of the service done so therefore it is my fault for not following up. I now have a $3000 piece of furniture when I asked for a resolution of replacement of my chair with some money for me and the answer was will give you the current sale price.
