Easy to install
Worked the first time.
This was to replace the old Oncue that died.
I had problems with mine after the first month. Then I called Kohler and they helped me update my controller with my laptop. Now I’m having issues with this again. I tried the update earlier this morning and the app worked but a few hours later and it shows offline again. This is a terrible product.
I returned the kit even though there was a 30% restocking fee. I opened the kit, read instructions, and found that one transmitter must be plugged into the router and not my Google mesh extender. I have setup many systems and found the instructions to confusing to put up with the hassle for very little benefit in controlling the generator settings.
