Open box units have no hours.  They have never been or had gas/oil in them. They ship directly from Lifan and are discounted because they contain minor scratches/dents/imperfections. 

The LF177F-BQ engine is 270 cc - 9 HP recoil start engine that comes with a low oil shutdown for protection. The design features a universal mounting bolt pattern. It also has a 1" horizontal output shaft. It is EPA approved. This engine is built with automotive grade parts. The warranty is 3 years for residential and 1 year commercial use. Parts to maintain and repair Lifan engines and equipment are available upon special request.
