Relatively new, twice now I had it set on low and returned to it being completely out, even the pilot light was out, had to relight it, propane was good but room was cold !!
The heater is nice but one of the factory fittings was leaking propane in my home. I had to find the leak and fix it before I can use it. If it was not for this, I would have given it 5 stars.
Positive : Once installed the heater operates well.
Negative: the inlet for the Propane is NPT but the heater came with a flared fitting screwed so tightly onto the pipe that it had to be left on as to not destroy other components . This made it difficult to add a shut off valve as the NTP has to be extended in order to have room to turn a shut off valve, and shut off valves are NTP.
The manufacturer might consider including the brews flair adapter without mechanically installing it onto the NTP inlet pipe .
This Heater is perfect for what we need.
Straight forward installation.
Fast shipping and appears to be well built. It took me over a week to get appropriate support since the heater would not ignite. Adjustments to the gas valve were required for both pilot and burner. This documentation is not supplied with the heater and was slow to come from the manufacturer. It's running properly now and appears to work well. Install was straight forward. Cutting the vent pipe was the most difficult.
