- Easy-Access Covers: The HB3120 comes with easy-access covers which makes opening the bale covers much easier compare the ones which use Star-Handles.
- Independent Power Unit: The HB3120 baler comes with an independent hydraulic pump station, thus this machine no need tractor hydraulics. Even the small horsepower tractors without hydraulics can use this machine.
- Heavy-duty Caster Stand: The HB3120 baler comes with a heavy-duty caster stand, the strong caster stand is able to rotate as a small wheel thus help move the machine in short distance.
- Extra Shear Bolts: The shear bolts act as an important role on the HB3120 baler, it breaks while the baler met big obstacles or bales too big, thus stop the mechanism parts to protect the main body of the machine. We designed an extra plate for holding the extra shear bolts, much convenient.
- 0.08in steel compress roller: The HB3120 use 10 pieces 0.08in integrated forming compress rollers, each roller with 6 reinforcing ribs, this makes the rollers much stronger.
- PTO Shaft( 1-3/8” Z6): The HB3120 balers use 27.5in 6 x 6 spline PTO shafts, the length is able to be adjusted according to your tractor.
- Hydraulic Ejection System: The HB3120 baler releases the bales by hydraulic cylinder, you can adjust the tailgate closing speed by adjusting the throttle valve on the cylinder.
- Remote Control To Release The Bales: The HB3120 balers equipped with a remote control box, press the button to release the bale, you no need to pull a string to release the bale.
- Full Bale Chamber Alarm: The full chamber horn sounds when the bale cham-ber is full, after the twine arm drops and depresses the activation switch. This begins thetwine wrapping process.
- Compact Structure: The HW20 wrapper with compact structure which is only 220.5lbs, enable to pull or push it to it’s working place, easy to transport, and it can work at any working field, even rough terrain.
- Work Independently: The HW20 wrapper was powered by a 212cc 7hp gasoline engine which typically provide consistent power, enabling the machine to operate smoothly even in challenging conditions.
- Portability: Unlike electric-powered machines, gasoline engines do not require access to electrical outlets, making these wrappers highly portable.
- Efficiency: Efficiently wraps round bales from 20” to 24” in diameter in 40 seconds, Requires less effort and time than conventional wrapping methods.
