The MechMaxx MRT Series rotary tiller is designed for users who need stronger performance and durability for regular soil preparation. Compatible with Category 1 and Category 2 three-point hitch tractors, this medium-duty tiller features a fully gear-driven transmission that delivers higher torque and deeper, more consistent tillage than light-duty models. Equipped with a slip-clutch protected PTO driveline, the MRT Series helps protect both the tractor and tiller when operating in tougher soil conditions. Its heavier construction and efficient tine layout make it well suited for medium-sized gardens, food plots, fields, and small acreage applications where reliable, repeatable results are required.

- 48 Heat-Treated C-Shaped Blades: Equipped with 48 heavy-duty 60Si2Mn spring steel tines, heat-treated for strength and wear resistance. The multi-flange layout ensures aggressive cutting and uniform soil mixing.
- Spring-Loaded Rear Deflector: The spring-loaded rear deflector keeps soil inside the housing longer for improved pulverization before releasing it evenly across the ground. This helps create a smoother, more level surface and a consistent, plant-ready seedbed.
- Slip Clutch PTO Shaft Included: Comes with a Series 5 PTO driveline featuring slip clutch protection, helping protect both tractor and tiller from sudden shock loads caused by rocks or buried debris.
- Adjustable Skid Shoes: Heavy-duty adjustable skid shoes allow you to fine-tune working depth up to 7", helping you adapt to different soil conditions — from light garden prep to deeper ground reworking.

We believe that high-quality bearings of this type are required in applications with high loads and dynamic forces.
