The MechMaxx PC80H Forward Plate Compactor is designed for reliable compaction performance on soil, gravel, asphalt, and backfill applications. Powered by a Honda GX160 engine, it delivers strong centrifugal force, efficient vibration performance, and consistent compaction results on demanding jobsites. A durable ductile cast iron compaction plate, rugged protective frame, shock absorption system, foldable handle, lifting hook, and transport wheels help improve durability, operator control, and jobsite mobility.
- Reliable Honda GX160 Engine: Powered by a Honda GX160 4.8 HP engine, this plate compactor delivers 3,150 lbf (14 kN) of centrifugal force at 4,930 VPM for efficient soil, gravel, asphalt, and backfill compaction.
- Ductile Cast Iron Compaction Plate: The heavy-duty 21 in × 20 in ductile cast iron plate provides improved strength, wear resistance, and stable compaction performance for long-lasting jobsite durability.
- Built for Asphalt Applications: A 3.2-gallon water tank helps reduce asphalt sticking and supports wet compaction work for paving, patching, and road maintenance applications.
- Durable Construction and Operator Comfort: A shock absorption system, metal throttle lever, and protective frame help reduce vibration, protect key components, and improve operating comfort during demanding use.
- Included Wheel Kit for Easy Transport: The included transport wheel kit, foldable handle, and integrated lifting hook make it easier to move, load, and store the compactor on the jobsite.
