Product Overview
- Connects directly to your tractors 3 point hitch system and is equipped with a large 30’’ diameter solid steel grinding flywheel and 44 tungsten carbide cutting teeth to make the removal of tree stumps a breeze!
- These extremely rugged stump grinders are engineered to deliver optimal performance when paired with tractors containing 40-100HP at the PTO and will easily grind up to 10’’ below the ground to remove roots and prepare the ground for grading or grass.
- Designed to work on tractors with a PTO shaft. The stump grinder works best on tractors featuring PTO shafts that are independent of the tractors transmission drive system. This allows the operator to control the speed of the tractor independently and separately to the PTO speed.
- Since the tractor pulls the grinder through the stump, the rate at which the tractor moves is important and should be independent of the PTO shaft.

- PTO Shaft Included: 1-3/8” 6 Spline Tractor and Implement Ends PTO Driveline Shaft with Slip Clutch. Compatible with reliable 540 rpm dedicated PTO drive power supply, ensuring efficiency and stable performance.
- Chain-Equipped Chip Deflector & Support Legs: The SG30PRO features a chain-equipped chip deflector to keep chips near the work area for easy cleanup. Integrated support legs at the back provide stable storage, quick tractor hookup, and adjust to an in-use position for grinding stumps below grade without interfering with operation.
- 3 Point Hitch Cat. 1&2: The three-point connection ensures the stability of the root grinder connected to the tractor and remains stable when the machine is running, improving grinding efficiency and reducing working time.
- Chainsaw Carrier: The SG30PRO is equipped with a chainsaw holder, providing a safe and convenient storage spot for your chainsaw on-site. The holder keeps the chainsaw secure during work, preventing damage or accidental contact. This design allows you to quickly switch between cutting and grinding tasks, improving work efficiency.
