The Carbon Replacement Media for PC1000 Whole House Drinking Water Filter is carbon media for your Pelican Water PC1000 filter system. The expired media is environmentally friendly.
This process does not require any tools or a plumber. Disconnect the tank from the bypass valve and unscrew the distributor head from the tank by hand, then dump out the expired media.
Pour the new replacement media in the tank, follow the start up backwashing and media soak instructions and you're ready to go.
