Arrived missing parts.

Had to contact the manufacturer and parts were ordered. After 10 days I reached out again to be told parts have been ordered from supplier but have not reached them to ship out to me. No tracking number… still waiting.

Okay

The wood burning stove we received arrived fast and the cost was about what we wanted to spend hence the 3 stars. Several bricks from inside the stove arrived broken. Very surprised that they were just loosely placed in there and even more surprised the glass on the door survived as when we opened the door of the stove, the bricks were a jumbled broken mess...the box it arrived in was beat up and barely on the stove. Several dents and scratches through out the stove. Too much of a hassle to send back so we'll just have to make due. Will not buy from company again though...sorry. haven't installed yet so can't comment on function.

Fire place

I have not received the fireplace I ordered. The first one I refused because of all the damage. I am waiting for the replacement. WHEN AM I GETTING A NEW ONE?
