Product Overview
The Quincy Compressor COOL 250 non-cycling refrigerated air dryer provides 250 SCFM capacity with a 50°F pressure dew point. Its heat exchanger combines high thermal exchange with low load loss to help maintain consistent dew points, while an integrated moisture separator and timer drain remove moisture from the system. A hot gas bypass valve adjusts refrigeration capacity across load conditions and maintains constant evaporator pressure. The refrigeration system includes an electric motor-driven compressor, air-cooled condenser, refrigerant filter and capillary tube, and uses R404a refrigerant. This dryer has a 188 PSI working pressure, a 122°F operating temperature, 1.5" NPT connections and 230/1/60 electrical requirements.

- The Quincy Compressor COOL 250, 250 SCFM, Non-Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer utilizes a high thermal exchange and low load loss heat exchanger in order to maintain consistent dew points.
- Moisture is then removed from the system by an integrated moisture separator and timer drain.
- The COOL Series dryer features a refrigerant compressor driven by an electric motor, air cooled condenser, heat exchanger, integrated water separator, refrigerant filter, and capillary tube.
- The hot gas by-pass valve injects hot gas from compressor discharge into the suction and liquid separator, which keeps refrigeration capacity in all load conditions and maintains constant pressure in the evaporator.
