Product Overview
The Quincy Compressor COOL 65 non-cycling refrigerated air dryer offers 65 SCFM capacity with a 50°F pressure dew point. Its high-thermal-exchange, low-load-loss heat exchanger helps maintain consistent dew points while cooling compressed air to approximately 50°F to condense moisture. An integrated moisture separator and timer drain remove that moisture, and warm incoming air reheats the dried air before delivery to downstream equipment. A hot gas bypass valve maintains constant evaporator pressure and refrigeration capacity across load conditions. The dryer features a 3/4" NPT connection, 115/1/60 power and a working pressure of 232 PSI.

- The Quincy Compressor COOL 65, 65 SCFM, Non-Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer utilizes a high thermal exchange and low load loss heat exchanger in order to maintain consistent dew points.
- The temperature of the compressed air is reduced to approximately 50°F in order to condense moisture.
- Moisture is then removed from the system by an integrated moisture separator and timer drain.
- The dry condensed air is then reheated by warm incoming air until it is ready for delivery to downstream equipment.
- The COOL Series dryer features a refrigerant compressor driven by an electric motor, air cooled condenser, heat exchanger, integrated water separator, refrigerant filter, and capillary tube.
- The hot gas by-pass valve injects hot gas from compressor discharge into the suction and liquid separator, which keeps refrigeration capacity in all load conditions and maintains constant pressure in the evaporator.
