Product Overview
Built for demanding industrial applications, this Quincy Compressor QP Pro air compressor pairs a 5 HP motor with magnetic starter and an ASME-certified 80-gal. vertical tank. Its two-stage cast iron pump delivers 18.1 CFM at 90 PSI and 17.4 CFM at the maximum pressure of 175 PSI, with a 100% duty cycle for continuous operation. Full pressure lubrication supplies oil to critical moving surfaces, while a Gerotor oil pump and oil filter help maintain consistent lubrication, lower operating temperatures and effective filtration. The pump carries a 60,000-hour life rating and offers up to 15% longer life than traditional splash-lubricated compressors. This belt-driven unit requires 460V three-phase power and includes a pressure gauge, manual tank drain and one 3/4" NPT air outlet.
