Product Overview
The Quincy Compressor QPNC 636 non-cycling refrigerated air dryer handles 636 CFM at 100 PSI and is best suited to small compressed air systems with fairly constant loads. It chills compressed air to condense moisture, then drains the condensate along with oil and dirt. A two-stage heat exchanger maintains consistent dew points and helps prevent freeze-ups, while an automatic zero-loss drain prevents contaminant buildup. The simple control panel includes run and alarm lights, an analyzer gauge, a start/stop switch with lockout, and a system flow diagram. Operating on 460V three-phase power, the dryer has 2.5" NPT-F inlet and outlet connections and a maximum pressure rating of 203 PSI.
