Product Overview
The Quincy Compressor QT-54 replacement air compressor pump fits 3 & 5 HP Quincy QT compressors and features a two-stage, splash-lubricated design. Cast iron construction and a balanced, counterweighted crankshaft support dependable, smooth operation, while industrial-class bearings promote long operating life. An extra-capacity oil reservoir helps keep oil temperatures low, and an aluminum head dissipates heat. The fan-type cast iron flywheel directs cooling air across the fin-and-tube intercooler, which reduces interstage air temperature to support performance and valve life. Output is rated at 6.4 CFM at 175 PSI and 550 RPM, or 15.2 CFM at 175 PSI and 1,310 RPM.
