great machine ... shipping problematic

The machine itself is great. Powerful and exactly what i had hoped it to be. I had two main issues that took the review down to a 4. 1) it was shipped without a gun. I contacted factory pure and 10 days later a gun was shipped to me. 2) the discharge of the pump connector was damaged sometime during transport, and I could not connect the hose to the machine. that piece was sent to me as a replacement as well. After that it has been a good machine.

Came in a crappy crushed box and was dirty like it came out of someones basement. Had to fix bent plates and paint scratched/rusted surfaces. At least it worked.

The unit works at the moment but came covered in dirt and the plate that holds the wand and tip was scratched and rusted as was the bar its mounted to. As other have indicated packaging was garbage and shipping cost was padded by Factory Pure as compared to Simpsons cost to ship direct. For something that cost damn near a $1000.00 all said and done you would think the item would at least come cleaned up not looking like something that came from a garage sale! A manual for the Honda engine was not even provided!!

Great product, part missing tho :(

Hi, the product is great and works perfectly! Shipping was super fast too. The only bad thing is that I'm missing a part, it's identified as part M on the product manual, however that is not an essential and does not affects the functionality of the product, I'm very happy with the product!

Avoid Simpson

First off factory pure shipped quick. By day 4 the machine wouldn't start and would jerk back unbelievably hard. Working with factory pure to get it serviced I discovered it wasn't the 4200 4 gpm machine. But a 3500 3 gpm machine pretending to be the other. Took about 2 weeks to get it shipped back and to get my money back.

I won't even watch the Simpson's anymore.
