Not buying on here again

I bought this pressure washer not knowing it was a “refurbished “ one opened package not only not no where near refurbished machine mine had a cut wire for the spark plug missing. Loose bolts to the water pump asked to return it and purchase a new instead...said i could not return it ..Dont buy “refurbished” machines from this company

Good Price, but was not ready to perform

I read the reviews and thought it was just one angry person that was complaining about the packing of the Pressure Washer. When I received it the unit was covered in oil. The inside box was saturated with oil. It indicated that they drained all the oil, but I am not so sure. After cleaning it up, I started it up and there was obviously oil in the cylinder as it had a lot of smoke burning off the oil. I started to use the sprayer and it would run for a few seconds and then the pressure would drop off. I have never run a pressure sprayer so I did not know if this was normal. After about a minute of running I looked over at the machine itself and water was leaking out of the pump. The next day I called into Factory Pure and talked to a very nice lady that gave me 3 locations to take the unit into. I took it to the shop and they were rude and condesending but that is not Factory Pure's fault. It has been in the shop for 3 weeks so I have not had the pleasure to use the machine. I am hoping this will be resolved soon. Because I have not finished my experience I am not able to give a true rating. If everything goes well I would give them a 4 and if I have problems getting my machine without having to pay out any money I might rate a 2 star.

Very Pleased!

Was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished washer but decided to take a chance. Unit arrived very quickly and in NEW condition. After adding oil it started right up and ran great as do all Honda's. Hooked up the hose and started washing. Worked great, no problems. Expecting a long life and very happy with this machine! Couldn't be more pleased.
