Mis-understanding?

Before I purchased the Solax I called SentireMed as to how I might be able to lift my FORZAD09 chair into my car trunk - the answer was to purchase the Solax.
There is no way I am able to attach the Solax to my chair - and my "advisor" at SentireMed is not assisting me. The lift itself works fine, just not for my need.
