It has an awful sound when on energy saving mode. Any suggestions. Sounds like a helicopter is outside

These are great units for the price. You get heating for the winter and cooling for the summer all in one. Customer service is great as well. I had to return one of the 5 that I have, the turn around was less than 1 week. Will buy more

All went very well. Shipping on time despite holiday time. Units are easier to put in than traditional window AC units. They work well but only had in place for one month so no long term feedback.

Should haven't have listened to a salesman from an appliance store... He said that the appliance was an ac and heater... But it only heats over 30+ degrees... Not a true heater in my eyes. Why bother? The AC works flawless... But don't need AC, and I'm not sure how I would have known any of this until I opened the box and read the manual... Everything I read, said heater... No limitations on it, then it say it's a mini split... It's not actually a mini split either.
Just an AC with a poorly made, why bother heater.

We have had this product only for about a month. It was pretty much past air conditioner weather at the time of our purchase, so I can not yet review it as an air conditioner and probably wont be able to for months. But I will say that "IF" this product proves to live up to our expectations of it, that by mid summer next year we are already planning on getting a second one. We first want to see how it works for us through the winter as a heater and then how it works as an air conditioner through part of next summer before putting money out for that second one we are hoping to order. I will say that so far we really like how it has been working. Here in the East we haven't had a lot of cold weather yet and because of how warm our weather has been, many days and nights it hasn't even been on at all. We have been using the AUTO function on it and setting the temp we prefer. I love that this product has this type of system. Because I don't have to constantly react to the fact that a heater has gotten the house too hot or not hot enough. This 10,000BTU unit does it for me and keeps the air comfortable. I really hope that as we get deeper and deeper into the 2022/23 winter season that our purchase of this unit will prove to have been a great decision on our part. As the temps dip down into below freezing, that is when we will know if our decision truly was the best for us as far as it's heating ability goes. I am only going to give this product a 3 star rating and the only reason for that is because this unit we have has not yet been truly tested in our home. If we get through the winter loving how it has worked then I would say it is a 4 stars. But once we have had this unit for almost a year and if we do make a second purchase of this type of unit that will be when I will say we have ourselves a 5 star winner! So for now, please don't base your decision to buy this product on my 3 star rating at this time. Since my rating will most likely change with time. I am loving it so far for the short time that we have had it, and the even shorter time that it has been in use. I just saw a review something about this unit not working around a temp of 40F. I sure hope this is not true, because if it is, we will not be buying a second one next summer. We will know soon enough!
