received unit, in good shape, no damage. Charged battery as instructed. Installed battery. Drove cart to low battery. Could not remove battery from cart. Battery release buttons on each side and on the bottom of battery. Also the picture in the instruction manual different from the battery I received! I am over 88 yr. old and grip not as strong as it used to be. Need an inexpensive spare battery. If it dies while on the back side om my property, I will be helpless to walk back to the house. Can the cart be pulled? I am concerned about being stuck a long way from my house!
I have a log splitter, chipper and few other things to move around our few acres. Was looking at an ATV—too expensive and another gas engine to deal with. Okay, golf cart—cost was unbelievable.
Happened on this and why not? Made a hitch with 2” ball and wagon coupler. Have not been able to do much due to family situation. But I can tell you it works. Hooked up log splitter and hauled it to my shop with no problem.
Haveing bad knees this little (heavy duty) machine helps me do the yard work that I have been unable to do.
Has enough power to get me (300 lbs) up a pretty steep hill and it’s made in America!!!
This is just what I need to push/pull a light aircraft in and out of our hangar. I’d give you a five star review, but the handlebar clamp would not initially tighten the handlebars to the steering column. It took some work from me to get the assembly acceptably tight, and even now there’s still some play. There was also some interference between the brake line and wiring at the power lever (throttle?) at the handlebar. I had to tie the brake line and wiring away from the power lever to allow proper operation. I also have to fabricate an adapter for the hitch and my towbar, but that’s not your problem.
