It is fine if there are no hills we were downtown Wisconsin Dells for wazowwa days and we were out about 3 hours it is only about six blocks long but we re going up and down hills shopping I had 2 batteries l had to change out batteries and barely made it back to my car where we started on the next day we did shopping in the alleys where vendors were lined up going up and down isles made it about 3 blocks had to change battery out to go directly to the park about 2 blocks I shut the scooter off sat on 1 spot until my wife was done shopping then we went back to the main shopping up front not stopping only for 2 stores then while I was waiting I shut it off I had about 4 blocks to get to my car and went from 1 bar with the second bar flashing I thought I was fine but all of sudden it shut down about 2 blocks to my car I had to push it for 2 blocks.
Very nice scooter. The only problem is that it doesn’t have a key to turned off and on again.

It's perfect for my husband. He is a disabled vet and has been having mobility issues lately. He did not want the typical scooter (3 wheels) which cannot go on grass. VA has a wait of 6-8 months for a scooter. We are going on vacation to Washington DC and now he will be riding! I put it together in nothing flat! It's sturdy, comes with 2 bags (1 under seat and one for the handlebar). Thank you for making a sturdy 4 wheel scooter. At 70yo, I need something easy to pick up and put into truck for him to use!
First scooter arrived in 2 days. Had suspension issues. Had to contact manufacture to pick it up. They did and sent me a new scooter. A few bumps getting it but the new one is solid, stable and feels reliable. I am pleased with it. It will make a big difference in my getting back out there.
I am moderately happy with this scooter. I did a lot of research before ordering it, and based on reviews that said It was well built, I placed my order. My concern is that both batteries, even when fully charged, don't appear to be 100% charged. There are five dots on each battery that should be lit up upon being fully charged. Both batteries only have four lights lit, even after charging all night. Aside from the battery issue, it has a nice ride and I feel secure using it. I do think there should be a key to start the scooter because it would be easy to steal if left unattended. I realize now the importance of a starter key. I like that there's a decent horn if needed and also a headlight. I was concerned about not having flip-down arms on the seat, but as it turns out, it's very comfortable and I don't feel like my arms are unsupported. I've driven it around my neighborhood a number of times, and then I went to a Flower and Garden Show at a large venue over the weekend and it worked beautifully. Assembly was pretty easy and, in spite of the poor directions, we got it together!
