I own 2 Super Handy mobility scooters on a trip to Spain. They were inexpensive and I did not expect much. They performed like champions. When I saw the name
Super Handy on this lift chair, I was sold. I tested it twice , perfect safe lift. It is very close to the ground, I am 230 and can't get my rear of the ground. It was easy for me. I hope that I don't need it but it is there if I need it. I am being extra careful now and i am not falling as much as before that was an average of 6X per month. The ability to get up safely is woth the price.

I saved as much as $300.00; prices out there are quite varying surprisingly and I didn't exactly object when I first saw $800.00. The product is as advertised (easy to put together) I tried it out on myself and mother! She is glad to have it but not as much as I am now. I don't quite understand her happiness for it, because she not quite realizing she has to fall in order for her to use it go figure. I can get her back to her feet safely and she can to by making her way over to it. Well-built and made, a valuable piece of mind, finally

Was I going to need this enough to justify the price . Well I got it and have never looked back and ask myself why . If you have ever fallen at 4:00 AM in the morning you don't want to lay on a hard floor for 45 minutes for someone to come help you . Also you don't want to have to check to see if your battery is charged like some of the other units out there every month .
This is built solid not like some of the others out the there with plastic legs .
