- Area Separate Heating & Heating Preservation: Our commercial steam table is equipped with (2) power cords. They can control the left and right sides separately to achieve partial control. Each well is warmed by the u-shaped heating element and can be individually adjusted using the temperature knob. The thermal insulation function helps keep the internal temperature at your set.
- Foldable Cutting Board & Under Shelf: This commercial warmer for restaurants comes with a foldable 7 in. wide x 1.8 in. thick cutting board for extra workspace. Additionally, the durable undershelf is 1.8 in. in width, which is great for storing extra serving utensils, food pans, lids, and more to keep all of the tools you need close at hand.
