Features
- Complete Fermentation Kit: This fermentation kit includes 2 glass fermentation jars, airlocks, handles, stoppers, latches, tags, and a marker, bringing the core accessories together so you can begin home fermentation with less preparation
- Excellent Seal: Each glass fermentation jar uses a water-sealed airlock to release gas during fermentation while reducing outside air entry, and the secure latch closure helps maintain a more stable environment inside the jar
- Thick Glass: This fermenting jar uses 3-4 mm soda-lime glass walls for a substantial feel, making it suitable for repeated home fermentation and food storage across batch after batch of everyday preparation
- Wide-Mouth Design: The wide mouth fermentation jar has a 120 mm opening that provides more room for adding large vegetables, fruit, and other ingredients, while also making stirring, reaching inside, and later cleaning easier
- Easy Monitoring: This fermentation jar has a transparent glass body that lets you observe bubbles, color changes, and ingredient condition without frequently opening the lid, making fermentation progress easier to follow throughout each batch
