Vevor's Food Dehydrator features stainless steel construction and is designed to hold 10 stainless steel food-grade trays. Each tray measures 11.8" x 11" and holds up to 1.7 lbs of food. The temperature presets range from 86°F to 194°F and the timer can be set for up to 48 hours. This large dehydrator provides 360° thorough drying without rotation and it is perfect for making dried fruits, vegetables, or jerky, and a recipe book is included in the package.
