- Rapid Cooling: The fried ice cream roll machine features compressor cooling combined with seamless U-shaped copper tubes, reaching the freezing temperature for production within 3 minutes, eliminating the need for long waits. It provides two defrosting methods—button defrosting and pedal defrosting—to prevent adhesion caused by overcooling.
- Refrigeration Indicator and Adjustable Temp: The fried ice cream machine is equipped with a refrigeration indicator light. When the set temp is not reached, the corresponding indicator light remains on continuously; when the set temp is reached, the light flashes, indicating that it is ready for operation. Plus, the temp sensor can be adjusted within the range of -40 to 50°C / -40 to 122°F. Intelligent temp control ensures energy efficiency.
