The Vevor 5 gallon sand blaster is designed for high-pressure surface treatment, helping remove rust, paint, and stains from metal and other tough surfaces. Its portable tank design, rubber wheels, and 8' hose make it easy to move and reach hard-to-access areas. The included oil-water separator helps keep abrasive media dry for smoother operation and reduced clogging. With four ceramic nozzles and a lightweight aluminum sandblasting gun, it is built for controlled, efficient blasting on demanding jobs.

- Efficient Surface Treatment: This 5 Gallon sand blaster is ideal for large-area surface treatment. It offers high sandblasting density, ensuring quick and efficient removal of rust and stain on iron frames, statues, car paint, or marble engravings. Not recommended for use on wood ! Working Pressure: 60-110 PSI. (Please prepare a 5.5KW air compressor separately)
- Upgraded Sandblaster Gun: we upgraded traditional brass ball valve sandblasting gun with die-cast aluminum alloy sandblaster gun, it's lighter, more durable and easy to control. It also offers quick opening and closing to save media and reduce confusion.
- Flows Smoothly & Prevents Clogging: This sandblaster comes with water oil separator with pressure gauge that effectively removes moisture from compressed air, prevents wet media from clogging the valve. We recommend an abrasive capacity of 2.8 gallons, perfect for 60-100 grit abrasives like silica sand, aloxite, glass beads and more. (PLEASE NOTE: The used abrasive needs to be dry, or it will cause clogging)
- Durable Ceramic Nozzle: Sandblaster kit includes 4 ceramic nozzles: 3/32", 7/64", 1/8", 9/64" (Pre-Installed), offering superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance compared to metal nozzles. No more worries about abrasive impact, wear, static buildup, or sparking.
- Flexible to Move: Equipped with two 6-inch rubber wheels, it is easy to move and suitable for outdoor rust removal work. An 8 ft hose provides easy access to hard-to-reach places, like outdoor iron frames, statues and other immovable objects, etc.
