- 0-90° Tiltable Worktable: Our welding positioner turntable table can be tilted from 0-90° and securely fixed at the desired angle with the butterfly bolt. The worm gear turning structure with a self-locking function can accurately position and maintain the correct location of the welding workpiece.
- Precise & Stable Positioning: Equipped with an 8.1 in (205 mm) K01-63 three-jaw chuck, featuring a clamping range of 0.1 - 2.3 in. (2 - 58 mm) and a supporting range of 0.9 - 2 in. (22 - 50 mm), it effectively prevents the weldment pieces from moving and falling, thus significantly enhancing welding accuracy.
- Stepless Speed Control: The welder positioning turntable table offers 1-12 RPM stepless speed adjustment, and you can adjust the rotation speed with the speed adjustment knob. A convenient foot pedal switch also allows for easy control of table's 360 degrees rotation.
- Wide Applications: Our positioning turntable is versatile for cutting, grinding, assembly, and testing. It can be fixed on the workbench or specific tooling for manual welding or paired with welding equipment for automatic welding.
