Product Overview
The Yescom electric deep fryer pairs two 12 L tanks with 5000W of total power, letting you fry different foods at the same time. Each tank has its own temperature knob, with settings from 140–390°F and automatic control to maintain the selected temperature. Extended heating tubes provide quick heat-up, while each basket accommodates about 3 lbs of chips or five pairs of wings. The 0.6 mm stainless steel construction offers durability and corrosion resistance for commercial kitchen use. Detachable tanks simplify cleanup, while stainless steel baskets, residue plates and included lids help manage food debris and oil splashes.
