Product Overview
The Yescom electric countertop deep fryer combines 2500W of power with an 8 L tank to fry up to 3 lbs of chips in 15 minutes. A long heating tube provides quick, even heating across an adjustable range of 140–392°F, while the thermostat maintains your preset temperature to help prevent overcooking. The oil tank’s quantity scale makes it easy to measure the recommended 5–6 L fill, and the residue plate helps filter out food particles. Coated stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion, while the detachable design simplifies cleaning.
