Haven;t lost power since I bought it but...

The machine came quickly and was fairly easy to set up. It started right away on the first (electronic) crank, seems to run well.

I purchased my generator at Home Depot. It had been a returned item. It was spotless and looked like it had never been run. It came with the heavy duty cord that has been very useful.
The return tag said customer states doesn’t work. Repair shop mote said can’t find anything wrong with it. I can’t either. It fires right up. I can’t say on first pull because with electric start I never pull it. But it starts quick with a button. I love my generator. Would buy another in a heartbeat.

quickly prepared for next outage

The generator arrived without delay and was easy and quick to put together. It doesn't take up much room and with a few hundred dollars of electrical work it is ready to go. Starts and runs easily. Haven't had a chance to test it out yet.

Been 3 weeks and still have not received generator I ordered from FactoryPure

Disappointed that is has been 3 weeks since I ordered Generac 6500E Generator from Factory Pure. Still have not received it? Supposed be delivered to my home in NH from YRC Trucking. No ETA? Tracking says it is at YRC location in Manchester NH. No one has reached out. Wondering if I will ever receive it!
