This generator is for power outages caused by hurricanes. I haven't used it yet. And frankly, I hope I never have to. It sits in my garage, packaged Just the way it came from the factory, in Mothballs. So the next Hurricane that Devastates.Central Florida.

Took a long time making up my mind which generator to purchase, I have seen a lot of them over the years, but after looking at the Duro Max my mind was made up for me..I like everything about it, how it’s made and assembled, the parts and with what it was made with. The only thing was I ordered the wrong one, I thought I was ordering the dual fuel one, but my mistake. After using this one I am completely satisfied.

I purchased a Duramax 8500 generator from FacturyPure. If was the best price available and I was notified of the confirmation, in-process and delivery in an expeditious manner. Very satisfied!

I ordered a DuroMax DX and received a DuroMax HX. The switch of generators happened without me being informed. I ordered one and receive the discontinued model is not fair to me as the consumer. I understand they are same unit, but there cosmetics and the model are different. I do believe I should be compensated a small and fair refund the change in my order that I did not request. This portion of the order I am about 75% satisfied.

The delivery and emails informing of the tracking was super great! The delivery guy for Magnum was super nice and efficient! I was 100% satisfied with portion of my order.
