My generator arrived in good condition. When my power went out at night, I set it up using my flashlight. I had a little trouble getting the cover off so I could add oil (the cover is held on by screws and tabs. You need to remove the screws, but also break it free from the tabs.) I put the oil in (they do not provide this, so you need to get it ahead of time), put the cover back on, connected my propane and followed instructions to start it. Some people say it's hard to start if you are using propane, but I had no trouble at all. Once started, it ran all night without any trouble. I ran my refrigerator, modem, my computer and a light. Everything worked great.
