Generator Arrived Missing Two Very Important Bolts

I received my new Generac 13kw Guardian Generator and when my installation tech began the install today he found the generator was missing two very important bolts not easy to find: the two lug nuts that screw into the terminal lugs to secure the incoming power lines from the transfer to the terminals in the generator. Seems someone at Generac forgot to put them in during the manufacturing process. and presumably whoever did the quality control check didn't notice they had not been installed. I called FactoryPure who I bought the generator from and their answering service (its Saturday) said someone would get back to. A bit disappointing that my new $4000.00 generator has been rendered useless for the time being because someone forgot to install those terminal lug nuts. Hoping FactoryPure and/or Generac can correct this by sending those to me because these are not lug nuts you can just go to a Home Depot and buy. They are very specific to this generator.
