Generac IQ3500 3000/3500w Ultra Quiet Inverter Generator Manufacturer RFB

The delivery was on time, however the box it was shipped in was falling apart when it arrived. Along with that, one of the battery terminals did not have the bolt and nut to hook up the cable. I had to order that from an auto parts store. It is a heavy item so better packaging should have been used.
Once the unit was unpackaged, the directions were followed to get it ready to run, and it would not run. I contacted Factory Pure and was given the phone number for the warranty department at Generac.
The unit looked great, however having a "new" item that didn't work was quite frustrating, and after talking to 3 different people at Generac, we were finally able to get the unit to run.
The generator now starts as it should, it is quiet running so it meets the expectations. This is not a unit that is easily moved, as it is relatively heavy for an older person to move alone.

I have owned smaller Generac generators currently, my friend started buying the iq3500 because they need more power, this accomplished this and is so quiet, 4.5 stars all around

Generator arrives in a bag inside a box.. that was it, no wonder it arrived broken. Was offered to get a front panel sent to me to install…really how do they know I can do that. Expecting a discount at least for the trouble and was denied. Will never buy a generator from this company ever again.
