Live in SoCal fire areas. SCE keeps turning my power off as a fire precaution. 6 times in the last 3 months for 2-4 days at a stretch. Had a smaller 3500 watt gas only generator with a 30 amp interlock plug. Got tired of constantly having to find and store gas for it. I wanted a tri-fuel since I have natural gas and wanted to back it up with propane so I don't have to store gasoline and worry about dealing with that. I ordered on Monday January 13th and it arrived at my house on Friday January 17th. So the description needs to be updated, first- it comes with a 25 foot natural gas hose and all the quick connect fitting including the one to attach to the generator. It does not come with the 2 plugs to make your own interlock connection cord with so make sure you have either the 30 amp or the 50 amp. It did not come with a printed user manual but has a QR code to scan for the downloaded version. It comes with a quart of oil, battery tender and propane regulator/hose., cover and some tools I hooked up the quick connect to my gas line and it fired up after it purged the air from the line. Ran a break in period. Then 2 days later (today) they turned my power off due to high winds. Fired it right up and connected to my interlock and my house is powered up. I highly recommend this generator, it may be more than others but it is much quieter then my last generator and can sit right nex to it running and have a conversation easily.

1) Unit did not come with a manual.
2) The battery charger that comes with the unit cannot be permanently hooked to the battery because of overcharge issues. This forced me to have to buy a separate charger.
3) If unit isn't ran for five days it has to be reset by turning the main switch off and starting it manually. This is a heavy burden when the snow around the generator shed gets deep. This deficit should have been advertised in the literature.
Well packaged, on pallet. Lift gate delivery to my door included! Great generator, did 1 hr break-in on Nat gas, no issues. Quieter than I was anticipating. Love the digital wattage load readout.
No issues with the Genmax except it didn’t come with a User Manual. There was a big nightmare with the Large Zombie Box, which Factory Pure Needs to address. The placement of the Natural Gas Line Grommet in the front Panel & Exhaust Outlet in the back Panel are too Low on the Zombie Box to allow room for Operation of the Genmax Generator. I had to measure & Cut new holes in the Zombie Box Front & Back Panels to make it fit. Factory Pure should have communicated this with Zombie Box to have straight line access for the Natural Gas/Propane quick Connection & straight line access for the Flex Pipe Exhaust.
I contemplated a whole house generator but ultimately decided on this large portable generator for my house and I couldn’t be happier! There were several factors that led me to this portable generator:
a. Tri-fuel. As opposed to permanent generators, I have the choice of three fuels. Depending on availability I can run gasoline, propane or natural gas.
b. The ability to swap out. If the generator goes down I can quickly switch out to a working unit, if needed, as opposed to waiting for a service call.
c. I can store this unit inside and out of the weather and pull it out when needed, hopefully contributing to a longer service life.
d. After installing a 50 amp plug, interlock, and quick connect on my natural gas line I have whole house power.
My new seat was installed in5 minutes!
