GENMAX GM7250iEDC 6000W/7250W 50 Amp Remote Start Dual Fuel Inverter Generator Parallel Ready New

Says 6000 watt. Have 15500 btu ac. With it on and trying to cook on electric griddle it trips breaker. I know griddle pulls amps but gauges on generator says 75% but overloadlight is on. Either than that , remote works and everything else is good

The purchase was easy, shipped and received quickly. However, while it certainly was a brand-new generator, the model year was from 2022. We purchased a second generator (same model) from another vendor, and we received the newest model. We would not have even known if not for the second purchase that we received and older model year from FP. The 2023 model has a couple of different features, one being the ability to charge the battery without taking off the side cover. This is not a real big issue, although we would have appreciated knowing the production date of the generator we were purchasing before the sale. That being said, the generator is great.

I purchased the GENMAX 7250iEDC to use with our RV and to use should we have a home power outage. Performed all the steps required to prepare the generator for its first run. It started up quickly on propane and I performed a break in run. Finally, I loaded the generator to full load, and everything worked great. I have not tried it on gasoline yet as my intention is to only use propane. Very pleased with the unit. There is only one complaint that I have on the generator and that is if you use it to power your home in a power outage you must lift the Neutral bonding wire behind the generator control panel and tape it up well. Now this is using the proper transfer switch setup, using my home breaker box interlock. However, if I want to use the generator on the RV, I have to reinstall the Neutral bonding wire. My fix was to install a heavy-duty switch on the Neutral bonding wire to make it easy to swap from Bonded to Floating Neutral depending on where I was using the generator. My suggestion to GENMAX is to incorporate this switching feature into their generators in the future. This would be a great feature for people who use their generators for more than one application type.
Factory Pure was great to deal with and had the best price. They also offered an extended warranty available for purchase, just in case.

great portable generator and quiet

Arrived in a timely manner, fired right up with both propane and gasoline. I haven't used it yet for work but getting it set up, running, and understanding the user's guide was simple.
