Easy ordering process. Free delivery was a plus. Electrician said it was an easy install. So far we haven’t needed it but we have it on weekly exercise. The only downside is there isn’t a wireless app; from what I understand it has to be wired into the router.
of all of the generators available in this size class this one is the quietest most reliable and most durable. and can be used as a prime power source.
the availability of 12 different color choices as well as camouflage is also very nice

I did receive new replacement lid that was damaged. I have repeatedly requested Operators manual/installation manual to no avail. I would not order from Factory pure again.
I called to verify the generator was in stock on Tuesday morning. After speaking with someone, I made my order before noon. The unit was delivered to my door on Thursday, within 48 hours! From San Antonio, TX to New Orleans, LA. Just amazing! AND their price was the best I could find.
Lowe’s, Home Depot, just about everywhere else I looked was 2-3 weeks delivery time.
The unit runs like a champ. I truly have peace of mind for my family. If you’re on the fence and have the means, pull the trigger here. You won’t regret it.
