This was my first time getting a generator. And it has been so easy to instal

Westinghouse WGen11500TFc Tri-Fuel Generator 11500W/14500W

Generator started the very first time, absolutely great purchase. The generator ran my 2300 square.foot home with no issues. No problem running the 3 ton A/C unit. Must read the owners manual to understand how to use the generator in regards to the Wattage. Delivery was 4 days after ordering and the generator is boxed, strapped onto a wooden pallet. No damage to the box and the truck driver used a electric pallet jack to bring it into my garage.
Great investment to keep my family safe and comfortable during power outages.

Westinghouse 11500TFC...

Honestly I haven't had the chance to use the generator yet, so I'll have to leave an updated review later. But what I can comment on, is that the order arrived extremely well packed, and shipping was very quick (to Ca). The generator was going to be delivered on a day that I was going to be out of town. However it was really easy to reschedule the actual delivery date to a more convenient day and time. Communication was outstanding, and I was able to talk to real people! As mentioned before, the generator was extremely well packaged. It arrived on a pallet which was placed in my garage. The pallet raised the generator up enough to make installation of the wheels and front legs easy. I have a lot of tools, but if you don't, all the tools that you need are included. The instruction manual is easy to read, and though, and there are plenty of online and U tubes available. Switching to a floating neutral is very simple (for use as a house back up ,via service panel). Ordering through Factory Pure was very simple. Pricing was very competitive, and shipping doesn't get any better than this. Bravo to Factory Pure!, definitely a good company to deal with.

Yet to receive it

Having issues with the shipping carrier, ordered over three weeks ago now and still haven’t received. Lost in shipping, asked for updates on if manufacturer would ship another and no word back

Please with how FactoryPure handled and processed my order for Westinghouse generator. Arrived withing a business week, delivered and generator fully operational. Purchased for home backup power needs in the event of outage. Great experience.

Fired right up. Read the manual.

Unit arrived on time within the delivery window. Was not damaged and fired right up. I would note that generators as a whole market are sold to anybody with the cash. I would add a word of caution that between the electricity and the fuel that reading and understanding the manual is a REQUIREMENT.
