I got ripped off. I paid $50 for a 40 pound bag at home. I can get them for 10 bucks.
Disappointed that such an easy to install item failed to function. Ordered this for a champion duel fuel inverter generator. It did not work, failed to pick up signal from the spark plug. Way easy to install, it just did not function. Still have not been able to replace or receive any support from the champion rep factorypure provided.

Came on time. With all required parts. Installed in around an hour and half to convert from lead acid to the new lithium ion. Seems well made. Very happy so far

Never received the order. Been sitting at the shippers for over 3 weeks. Poor communication between you and your shipper. Should not have paid $5k for it to just sit there.
I put it together and two parts are missing.
The handle is missing and the gas gauge is missing.
I reached out to Factory Pure and have not heard anything back on getting the parts.

The genset got delivered 3 days after I ordered it, I serviced it, hooked it up to propane and it started first push of the button. After 20 minutes of runtime shut it down and remote started the genset from 55' away (inside my house). Nice way to get started!
