Good service

I was pleased that it came in 2 days, but the electric start wouldn't work. I contacted. Service and within 3 days they sent out 2 new switches and gave me instructions how to replace the faulty one. I did that and the generator worked great. My experience was great, and the service was above what you normally expect.

Best price.

Best price, especially with no tax and FREE "good" shipping. Ordered on Sunday and received on Wednesday. Good product with good instructions, as advertised. Fairly simple set-up. Started easily & runs well. So far, started (4) times and run on propane only for a total of (12) hours including break-in. A little louder than expected, but NO generator is quiet. Also got the Champion cover and it's nice, too. Very Satisfied.

Refurbished isn't like new - but can be a good deal

Refurbished Champion Generator I purchased had been used and scuffed up/marked quite a bit. However, it works well and was a good deal considering the price of a new one is slightly less than double what I paid. Supergen, the Company that refurbishes them does a good job, turns them around quickly and it's owner Paul is personable, helpful and knowledgeable.
